Xiloudu hydropower project is the main power source in the realization of 'West Power to East' policy. Its capacity will be the second biggest in China, next to Three Gorges project. Great attentions are paid to: preparatory works, power transmission, electric energy consumption on electric market, capital collection, environment conservation, resident migration etc.
