摘要
研制了一种适用于电铸镍的电解液 ,它是由化学方法合成的产物溶于水后 ,再通过电解的方法得到所需质量浓度的镍盐 ,再加入一定量的硼酸和氯化钠配制而成。从该电解液中获得的金属镍层内应力低、适用于电铸厚镍 ,而且电解液还具有较好的分散能力和深镀能力。
A new type of electrolyte solution suitable for nickel electroforming was developed. The process involves the preparation of a product by chemical synthesis, dissolution of the product in water, electrolysis of the solution obtained with nickel plate as anode until desired nickel concentration being reached, and addition of a centain amount of boric acid and sodium chloride in the solution. The nickel layer electrodeposited from the electrolyte solution has low internal stress and is suitable for thick nickel electroforming. Moreover, the electrolyte has better throwing power and covering power.
