摘要
自 2 0世纪以来 ,有关垄断、竞争的理论一直在发展变化。通过对垄断、竞争理论的分析 ,结合现实因素 ,可以提出对中国反垄断管制的一些建议。
Monopoly and competition theory is developing and the environment has changed.This paper investigates the theory and the environment of competition in China.Some implications about the control against monopoly are drawn from this paper.
