摘要
以1 溴十六烷的制备为例,考察了文献记载的由醇合成溴代烃的3种方法.研究结果表明,以溴素和红磷为试剂制备1 溴十六烷,溴素有强烈的毒性和腐蚀性,并且操作极不方便,产率低.在所用的3种方法中,HBr的反应活性高,操作方便,产率高.
Three ways recorded in papers have been investigated in converting alcohols into bromoalkane by the preparation of 1bromohexadecane. The result showed that preparing 1bromohexadecane by Br2/P(red)isn't a good way because of the toxicity and corrosion of bromine, the inconvenient operation in the procedure and the lower yield of the reaction; and of the three methods tested in this research preparing 1bromohexadecane by HBr/H2SO4 is the best way with high reactivity of hydrobromic acid, high productivity and simplicity of the procedure.
