摘要
介绍了用"MATLAB"软件对南黄大麦叶绿体类囊体三维立体结构重建过程,绘制出了南黄大麦叶绿体类囊体的立体图,得到了其片层结构图、平面图、立体框架图及整体图.同时给出了对微观物体作三维重建的一些看法.
In this thesis, the process to rebuild threedimensional solid structure for southern yellow barley chloroplast thylakoids is introduced; the solid graph for southern yellow barley chloroplast thylakoids is portrayed; we also get plane graph, stratified graph, solid frame graph and integrated graph. At the same time, we give some opinions for rebuilding the threedimensional structure for microscopic objects.
