摘要
回顾了科学技术在世界经济发展中所起的作用,论述了我国科技界关于创新与继承、引进的关系等问题,认为当前阶段是我国管道工业发展的有利时期,我国的管道工作者应抓住有利时机大力发展管道工业,作好依靠科技进步、引进和消化吸收国外先进技术的工作,同时应加强管道技术交流和科普工作,以达到同其它行业互相渗透和沟通并进行更好的协作和配合的目的。
The author reviews the role of science and technology played in the economy development of the world,describes the relations between the creative action and inheritance,introduction on foreign science and technology for the science and technology field of China,and considers that the current stage is an opportune time for China to develop the pipeline industry,China's pipeliners must grasp the opportune time to do their best to develop China's pipeline industry ,and the work in rationally utilizing the introduced science and technology should be further performed, and at the meanwhile, the technological exchange and popular science education should be carried out in order to cooperate with other industries to promote the development of pipeline industry.
