古潜山风化壳溶洞地层钻进的启示——常州35-2-1井实钻情况分析 被引量:2

摘要 常州35-2-1井是南黄海勿南沙隆起的一口探井。在该井钻井作业过程中,钻遇风化壳地层61 m,溶洞至少3.65 m。风化壳/溶洞都在目的层之上,且钻前地层压力预报目的层为高压,地层孔隙压力当量泥浆密度在1.75 g·cm-3左右。该井在钻井工程上遇到的问题有较强的代表性,因此详细叙述全井的作业情况及由该井获得的一些启示。 Changzhou 35-2-1 is an exploratory well on Wunansha Uplift in the Southern of Yellow Sea. During the drilling operation, the 61 m weathered surface formation and at least the 3. 65 m karst cave were drilled through. The vveathered surface/ karst cave is above objective formation, the pore pressure factor of which was predicted about 1. 75 g·cm-3 high-pressure before drilling. In the drilling engineering, this well problem was of great representative. The paper goes operating circumstance into particulars and draws some inspirations from Changzhou 35 - 2 - 1.
