摘要
介绍了升温型溴化锂吸收式热泵的流程、工作原理和国内首例用升温型吸收式热泵回收合成橡胶凝聚釜顶低温位余热的技术方案和应用效果。用凝聚釜顶排放的具有较低温位余热(95~98℃)的油水混合汽提气作为热源串联通过热泵的蒸发器和再生器,用吸收器的高温位热能加热循环热水成为高温位过热水(≥105℃)部分取代凝聚釜补充蒸汽,节约蒸汽。该5000kW热泵的工业装置经过2年的运行证明,流程合理,运行稳定、可靠,热能回收率(COP)大于0.45。
The technological flow scheme and working principle of lithium bromide temperature-boosting Absorption Heat Pump are introduced. The technical scheme and application effect of reclaiming the afterheat in synthetic rubber stripping set by temperature-boosting Absorption Heat Pump are illustrated as the first domestic application. Oil/steam mixture stripping gas with low temperature (95-98 ℃) afterheat discharged from the top of stripping tank is used as heat source, and passes the evaporator and regenerator of heat pump in series. Using high temperature heat energy in absorber to heat circulating hot water into high temperature superheated water (≥105℃) , and in part substitute supplemented steam heat source for stripping tank, then steam are saved. 2 years' operation of this 5 000 kW commercial heat pump plant proves that the flow scheme is reasonable, the operation is stable and reliable, and the thermal energy reclaiming rate (COP) is greater than 0.45.
