摘要 目的 :研究高蛋氨酸饲料对大鼠生长及体内蛋白质、氨基酸代谢的影响。方法 :SD大鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为高蛋氨酸试验组 (M组 )和对照组 (C组 ) ,M组每日给予含蛋氨酸 3%的饲料 ,分别在第 4、8、12周眼眶取血测血清氨基酸、蛋白质、脂肪 ,并在第 12周处死动物 ,测肝脏、骨骼肌的游离氨基酸含量。结果 :M组各时间点血清中 ,苏氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸含量明显下降 ,同型半胱氨酸、脯氨酸、精氨酸和丙氨酸血清含量均有显著增高 ;肝脏必需氨基酸中苏氨酸、缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸含量明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,亮氨酸、异亮氨酸无明显改变 ,而非必需氨基酸除天门冬氨酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸、半胱氨酸外 ,M组含量明显高于 C组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;骨骼肌同型半胱氨酸两组均未检测出 ,支链氨基酸亮氨酸、异亮氨酸 M组与 C组相比无明显差别 ,非必需氨基酸除甘氨酸外 ,其余各种氨基酸均显著高于 C组。 结论 :高蛋氨酸饲料能抑制大鼠生长 ,影响血清、肝脏、骨骼肌的游离氨基酸含量。 Objective: To study the effects of high methionine diet on growth and protein and amino acid metabolism in rats. Methods: Twenty SD rats were randomized into control group (group C) and high methionine group (group M). The amount of serum proteins, lipids and amino acids were examined on the 0, 4th, 12th week. The free amino acids from liver and muscle were determined on the 12th week. Results: After 12 weeks, group M had hypermethioninemia, hyperhomocysteinemia and high contents of serum lipid. The serum contents of Thr,Val,Leu,Phe were lower and the contents of Pro,Arg, Ala were higher in group M than in group C. In group M, the liver EAA contents (Thr,Val,Phe) and the NEAA contents except Asp, Ser, Gly, Cys were significantly higher than that in control group. There was no difference in the muscle contents of Leu,Ile between 2 groups, and NEAA amounts, except Gly, were higher than that of control. Conclusion: High dose of methionine diet has obvious effects on growth and can change the contents of amino acids in the serum,liver and muscle in rats.
