摘要
【目的】探讨电子束CT(EBCT)测定心功能的价值。【方法】通过分别对 15例冠心病患者行EBCT和X线心室造影检查 ,测定心功能指标 :左室舒张末容积 (LVEDV)、左室收缩末容积 (LVESV)、每搏输出量 (LVSV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)和左心室壁运动计分 (LVWMS) ,比较两者的相关性和差异性。EBCT还分别测出 15例患者的心肌质量。【结果】E BCT测定的LVEDV、LVESV、LVSV及LVEF与X线心室造影比较 ,具有良好相关性 (r =0 82 3～ 0 887,P =0 0 0 6～ 0 0 0 8<0 0 1) ,但两者之间存在一定的差异性 (t=3 4 0～ 5 12 ,P =0 0 2 0～ 0 0 38<0 0 5 )。两种方法测定的LVWMS具有显著的相关性 (r =0 94 0 ,P <0 0 0 1) ,两者之间无显著性差别 (t=1 34,P =0 32 1>0 0 5 )。EBCT还测出了 15名冠心病患者的心肌质量为 (111± 33) g。【结论】EBCT是一种无创准确、用途广泛的检测心功能影像技术 ,
To evaluate the value of electron beam CT(EBCT) in determination of cardiac function Several parameters of left ventricular function such as: left ventricular end diastolic volume (LVEDV)?left ventricular end systolic volume (LVESV)?left ventricular stroke volume (LVSV) ?left ventricular ejective fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular wall movement score (LVWMS) assessed by EBCT were compared with those assessed by X ray left ventriculogram in 15 patients with coronary heart disease In addition, myocardial mass were assessed by EBCT The values of LVEDV?LVESV ?LVSV?LVEF assessed by EBCT correlated well with those assessed by X ray left ventriculogram(r=0 823～0 887,P=0 006～0 008<0 01),while the values were significantly different (t=3 40～5 12,P=0 020～0 038). The values of LVWMS assessed by EBCT and X ray left ventriculogram were closely correlated (r=0 940, P<0 001) and no significant difference was found(t=1 34,P=0 321). In addition, myocardial mass of these 15 patients assessed by EBCT were (111±33) g [Conclusion] EBCT is a non invasive?accurate and multi functional technique to assess cardiac function
