摘要
一种基于HOLTER的心室晚电位分析系统的设计。为了提高晚电位分析结果的精确度,提高信号噪声比,在HOLTER记录和分析时,采用了“二级筛选”的设计方法。“初筛”在记录器内进行,检测QRS波群,剔除异常心搏,高精度、高采样率记录晚电位信号;“细筛”在计算机中完成,对“初筛”的数据进行聚类分析和相关运算,最后进行叠加平均操作,并采用双向滤波器滤波消除“振铃”现象。
This paper discusses the design methods of the analyzing system for a HOLTER-based ventricular late potentials.In order to improve the signal noise ratio and the precision of the analysis,a'two-level sifting'is processed in recording and analyzing VLP by HOLTER.The'crude sifting'is done inside the recorder,whose task is to detect QRS complex,to get rid of the abnormal beats and record the VLP segments in the normal beats with high resolution and high sampling rate.The'fine sifting'is done with computer to perform clustering analysis and correlation operation.The signal averaging operation is adopted with the application of the Simon double-direction filter to eliminate the'ringing effect'of the normal filter.
