摘要
目的 评价省级尿碘实验室检测能力。方法 采用 Z比评分法、标准参考值和不确定度以及实验室内部变异分析方法。结果 参加质控的 30个实验室中 ,17个实验室合格 ,3个实验室不合格 ,10个实验室基本合格 ,但需改进检测质量。结论 采用多种方法对检测误差进行分析 ,有利于发现问题 ,改进检测质量。
Objective To evaluate the test ability of urinary iodine in provincial level laboratories.Methods Three methods including Robust statistics, reference value and uncertainty, variations within laboratory are used to analyze the laboratory error.Results There are total 30 laboratories participated in the quality evaluation, among them 17 laboratories had been proved qualified on testing ability, 3 laboratories failed in the test, other 10 laboratories passed through the test, but their testing ability need to be improved.Conclusions To analyze test error by using different methods is an effective way to find out existing problem in test and to improve test quality in advance.
