摘要
在全球经济不景气、许多国外大企业纷纷裁员、国内许多企业陷入困境的情况下 ,也有不少企业却表现出了较强的生存、发展及竞争能力。通过对一些国内绩优企业的案例分析来摸索它们成功的经验 。
Though the economy of the world is depression and many enterprises abroad reduce the staffs one after another and some internal are in an awkward predicament, There are many enterprises show their ability of living, development and competition under the same objective conditions. In this paper, its successful experience is tried to find out by analyzing several cases of brilliant enterprises internal in orter to inquire into the possibility which makes these experiences use for reformation of national enterprises.
