摘要
讨论了高校大学生就业指导工作现状 ,对就业指导师资体系进行了研究 。
This paper discusses the current situation of career guide for university students in higher education system and studies the teachers system of career guide. The author suggests some methods to construct career guide teaching staff contingent at present.
