摘要
中国医学科学院肿瘤医院在1958年至1988年间共收治36例恶性苗勒氏混合瘤。作者认为疾病的分期以及肌层侵犯的多少都是影响预后的重要因素。因此,本文作者认为应采用临床分期和手术分期相结合以确定肿瘤侵犯的范围以及选择合理的治疗方案。
Thirty-six patients with malignant mixed mullerian tumors (MMMT) of the uterus were treated in Cancer Institute (Hospital), Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, between 1958 and 1988 The mean age of the patients was59.8 years. W_6 think ,that either the stage or myometrial invasion was the most important proqnostic indicator, we suggest that the combination of clinical and surgical staging is recommended to estimate the area of extensive tumor and guide treatment planming.
