摘要
概述了离子膜电解槽活性阴极的类型 ,对国产化Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型活性阴极进行了工业化应用研究。文中介绍了这两种阴极和英国ICI公司制作的活性阴极在工业化电解槽上运行测试的结果 ,并对 3种活性阴极进行了对比分析。研究结果表明 :国产Ⅰ、Ⅱ型活性阴极具有较好的节电性能 ,Ⅱ型活性阴极还具有良好的耐久性。
The types of active cathodes for ion-exchange membrane electolyzer in caustic soda are introduced.Two localized active cathodes type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ were tested and studied in an industrial system.The test results are compared with that of the ICI cathod.It demonstrated that the domestic type Ⅰ and Ⅱ active cathodes,with their electricity saving performance for both and,in addition,a good durability for type Ⅱ,are appropriate for commercial implementation in industry.
