摘要
通过化学发光 (CL)技术 ,基于碱性鲁米诺 -H2 O2 体系与敌敌畏的反应 ,直接对敌敌畏进行检测 ,并对反应条件进行优化。为有机磷农药的检测提供方便。
A chemiluminescence method based on the reaction of luminol with H 2O 2 were presented for the determination of dichlorvos pesticide.The experiment parameters were optimized.The established method may be convenient, reliable to the detection of some organophosphorns pesticides.
