摘要
在历史上,特别是17世纪的德国是四分五裂的封建割据状态加上三十年的战争,使经济受到了严重挫折,各方面都远远落后于英、法等国家,直到19世纪才迅速崛起,在短短几十年实现了国家统一,完成了工业革命,较快赶上了英法等国,并一跃而为欧洲大陆头号强国。成功的教育改革提高了国民整体素质,促进了科学技术的迅猛发展,为其早期现代化创造了良好条件。德国现代化之所以能取得如此惊人的成就,归根结底是因为德国十分重视教育,特别是在国家统一后历届政府的大力支持和推行,促进了其现代化的进程。
In history, especially 17th-century Germany was divided into many parts in the past three decades of war. The economy has suffered serious setbacks, which lagging far behind in all aspects of Britain, France and other countries until the 19th century .In just a few decades ,Germany has been achieved the national unity and the Industrial Revolution, catched up with countries such as Britain and France and jumped to number one power in Europe. Successful education reform improves the overall quality of the people, and promotes the rapid development of science and technology, which creating favorable conditions for early modernization. Modern Germany has been able to achieve such amazing success, because Germany attaches great importance to education, especially the government support and implementation, which promotes its modernization process.
