摘要
针对1种七轴五联动车铣机床,在分析机床运动模型及其求解的基础上,提出了2种恒表面进给速度的控制方案,并就进给速度的几个限制条件进行了详细论述。实践表明,这些方法是行之有效的。
<Abstrcat>Two algorithms of constant surface feed control for a special lathemill machine, which has seven axis and five of them can be moved simultaneously, is proposed in this paper according to the mechanism model and its' solving. Then several feed limitations are discussed.A postprocessing software for the machine is developed, and the result is good.
