摘要
分析了信息化社会给制造业带来的变化,高度信息化带来了网络化制造的发展。研究了网络化制造给设备层带来的变化,给出了设备层实现联网的三种类型,特别是通过以态网直接实现数控机床的联网。通过对西门子840D数控系统的联网软件Sincom的分析,给出了基于Sincom软件实现基于TCP/IP协议的网络化的方法。
<Abstrcat>The information age has changed the concept of manufacturing, It brings us network manufacturing.In this paper the development of CNC machine for network manufacturing is analyzed.Three kinds of implementation of network manufacturing for CNC machine are introduced,especially directly connected by Ethernet.At last the detail about how to use Siemens 840D CNC with Sincom software to implement network manufacturing is presented.
