摘要
针对某些天然气井钢管与普通油管不同的腐蚀形貌,采用X-衍射及其灰关联分析的方法对管道腐蚀破坏的原因进行了分析。研究结果表明,CO2和水导致钢管发生电化学腐蚀,而天然气的冲蚀作用又加剧了这一过程,二者的共同作用是造成气井钢管腐蚀损坏的主要原因。
Abstrac: An analysis on corrosion and rupture characters of the steel tubing in natural gas well, which are different to those of the steel tubing in oil well, is done by use of X diffraction test and the grey relational analysis method. The result indicates that the CO2 and H2O contained in yielded gas caused electrochemical corrosion on tubing and the erosion action of yielded gas accelerated the corrosion process, which are main reason causing the perforation and rupture of tubing.
