摘要
目的建立腰椎4-5运动节段的有限元模型,分析小关节在不同状态下的生物力学特性。方法获取一新鲜成人尸体腰椎4-5节段的断层CT扫描图像,利用此二维图像建立三维立体有限元模型,小关节部位处理为接触问题。模拟人体的不同承载状态对此模型进行计算处理。结果小关节在不同状态下承担着不同的载荷,特别是在椎体轴向旋转运动状态下抗旋作用更明显。结论小关节部位应该处理为接触问题,这有助于正确了解脊柱运动节段的生物力学特性。
Objective To establish a finite element model of the fourth and fifth lumber segments in order to analyze the biomechanical characteristics of facet joints under different pressure loads. Methods CT sectional images of L4-5segments were obtained to construct a finite element model, adopting contact model to simulate the condition the superior and inferior facets were in. Results The facet joint exhibited different performances under different conditions, and more loads was forced on it when the model was twirled. Conclusion The facet joints should be simulated as in condition of contact to help correct understanding of the biomechanical characteristics of the spinal segment.
