摘要
高校扩招后 ,学校体育物力资源相对不足 ,学生的整体身体素质有所下降。因此 ,对课堂教学实施低起点、多层次教学 ,丰富教学内容并建立新的课程体系 ,建立有效的评价激励机制 ,组织开展内容多样的课外体育活动是应对之策。
After college admission expansion,problems emerged such as insufficient material resources and decline in the students body constitution.Therefore,low starting point and multi level teaching should be applied in class.Teaching contents should be enriched to establish new course system and effective stimulating mechanism.Various ex curricular sports activities should be organized as well.
