摘要
业余篮球运动员的篮球意识培养过程中 ,加强队员的理论学习 ,掌握篮球运动规律 ,启发队员独立思考 ,并合理运用技战术以及实践经验的积累是提高篮球意识的有效手段。
To cultivate basketball awareness,the players should be given more theoretical learning.Laws of basketball should be used to develop the players ability of individual thinking and reasonable application of techniques and tactics.Experience is effective in promoting basketball awareness.
