摘要
行政效率是评估行政活动的重要尺度 ,降低行政成本始终是提高行政效率的基础环节。在西部大开发中注重对降低行政成本、提高行政效率的研究 ,是理论与实践相结合环节上的重要课题。由于行政效率的衡量是多维度的 。
Regional governments play important roles in development of the West which has substantially been regarded as specific administration behaviors. The thesis puts particular emphasis on effective administration which involves in cutting down administrative costs and promoting government efficiency. In order to meet the demand required by more efficient administration, three main approaches are set forth to anticipate bringing more effective influence upon administration.
