摘要
疏勒河农业综合开发项目自 1996年正式开始实施以来 ,由于国家的形势发生了变化 ,尤其是西部大开发战略的实施 ,需要对初期确定的建设内容进行调整。本文从水资源的利用率与生态平衡的关系和可持续发展的角度 。
The original construction strategies of the Shule River Agricultural Development Project, as laid out in 1996, is in urgent need of reshuffling because of the subsequent changes in national policies, especially since the implementation of theWest China Development Project. The present paper proposes approaches to this reshuffling in light of the balanced relationship between water resources exploitation and ecological maintenance.
