摘要
研究了保水剂对干旱胁迫下刺槐叶绿素 a荧光动力学参数的影响。结果表明 ,在干旱胁迫下刺槐叶绿素 a荧光动力学参数 Fv/Fm,φPS ,q P,NPQ均有所下降 ,且随着保水剂用量增大 ,下降程度减小 ,即保水剂用量越大 ,对受刺槐干旱胁迫的缓解作用愈明显。保水剂不同水平处理对刺槐叶绿素荧光参数的影响达到显著水平。多重比较结果表明 ,土壤中保水剂用量只有在不低于 0 .5 kg/m3时才能有效地发挥抗旱作用。
The effects of water retaining agent on Robinia pseudoacacia L.chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters were studied under drought stress.One year old seedlings were used in the experiments,the top part of the seedlings were cut before they were planted.Two kinds of soil with different levels of water retaining agent were used as planting base,that is to say,adding 2,1,0.5,0.25,0 kg water retaining agent to 1 m 3 loam soil and 1 m 3 cinnamon soil respectively,mixing water retaining agent with soil uniformly.On March 1,2001,the seedlings were planted in clay pot with 45 cm in diameter and 35 cm in depth.Under normal conditions with the open air,seedlings grew well.Then on July 1,began to treat seedlings by dehydrating them under rain proof conditions until some seedlings died because of drought on July 6.During drought stress,chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters of vivo leaves were measured with a portable pulse modulated field fluorescence analysis instrument (England Hansatech Stock L.C.).Results showed that Robinia pseudoacacia L.chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters (Fv/Fm,φPSⅡ,qp,NPQ) decreased gradually.The more quantity of water retaining agent was used in the soil,the less Robinia pseudoacacia L.chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters dropped.For example,for the loam soil,compared the sixth day with the first day,Fv/Fm of Robinia pseudoacacia L.chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters with different water retaining agent usage decreased 20%,35%,45%,55%,60% respectively.Moreover.The differentia affected by quantity of water retaining agent was significant.Multi comparative results showed that water retaining agent had clearly effect on Robinia pseudoacacia L.only when its dosage was not less than 0.5 kg/m 3.These proved that water retaining agent could alleviate the stress of drought on Robinia pseudoacacia L.and could be applied in drought and half drought region.
