摘要
利用农杆菌介导的高效遗传转化系统 ,将白叶枯病抗性基因 Xa2 1转入黄淮稻区主栽品种豫粳 6号的胚性愈伤组织 ,获得转基因植株。GUS染色和 PCR分析证明 Xa2 1基因已整合到水稻基因组中。其自交 T1代植株经 GUS染色和白叶枯病接种鉴定呈现 3∶ 1分离。研究为培育抗白叶枯病水稻品种奠定了基础。
Using a high efficient rice transformation system mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens ,a bacterial blight resistance gene Xa 21 was introduced into calli of a japonica variety Yujing 6 cultivated in Huanghuai area,and transgenic plants were obtained. GUS staining and PCR analysis demonstrated that Xa 21 had been integrated into rice genome DNA.Based on GUS detection and inoculation identification,the inheritance of Xa 21 gene in T 1 progenies was basically accorded to a segregation ratio of 3:1.This experiment provides a basis for further resistant breeding to bacteria blight diseases.
