摘要
目的研究Barton's骨折发病机制及CT容积扫描和工作站后处理成像的应用价值。方法23例均摄腕关节正侧位片。其中5例行CT容积扫描及表面遮盖技术(surfaceshadeddisplay,SSD)、透明技术(Raysum)成像。结果掌侧型22例,背侧型1例。桡骨远端骨折,骨折块及桡腕关节分别向上、向掌/背侧移位。SSD、Raysum法能更清晰显示骨折及脱位。结论Barton's骨折系不稳定性骨折,掌侧型多见。CT容积扫描及SSD、Raysum法成像是一种新的有价值的成像方法。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Barton's fracture and the applied value of spiral CT reprocessing imaging on workstation.Methods Twenty-three patients with clinicallly high suspected Barton's fracture (22 volar and 1 dorsal fracture) underwent the examinations of anteroposterior (AP) and lateral(L-R) plain film of the radiocarpal joint. Five patients also underwent spiral CT scanning and reprocessing imaging on workstation with surface shaded display (SSD) and Raysum technique.Results Plain films of radiocarpal joint revealed volar fracture in 22 cases and dorsal fracture in 1 case,at same time,revealed distal radius fracture companing with fracture fragments and radiocarpal joints displacing upward,towards volar and dorsal side,respectively.SSD and Raysum could more clearly display the details of Barton's fracture and its dislocation.Conclusion Barton's fracture is an unstable fracture,usually volar fracture is predominant.CT reprocessing imaging on workstation using SSD and Raysum tecbnique should be the preferreed means of evaluating Barton's fracture.
