摘要
目的探讨钼钯下金属钩定位对临床上尚不能扪及的乳腺肿块的诊治价值。 方法将钼钯摄片与金属钩定位结合用于术前临床上尚不能扪及乳腺肿块的定位。 结果 2 3例乳腺病变中 ,术前钼钯提示微小乳癌 11例 ,定位后病理证实 10例 ,诊断正确率为 90 .9% ,其他良性病变分别为乳腺囊肿 2例 ,导管内乳头状瘤 5例 ,乳腺病 6例。结论术前钼钯下金属钩定位对微小乳癌有重要的诊断价值 ,具有定位准确、可靠 ,能精确标明位置和深度 ,组织损伤小 ,扩散可能小等特点 。
Objective To establish the fuction of hooked wire localization on clinical impalbable breast lesions. Methods We localized the position of breast lesions which was impalbable before operation by combining hooked wire with mammography. Results Among 23 breast lesions,mammography indicated that there were 11 microbreast cancers and after localization histological pathology established 10.The accuracy rate was 90.9%.The other benign lesions were breast cyst(2),intraduct papilloma(5) and mammary dysplasia(6). Conclusion Hooked wire localization is very important to the diagnosis of the microbreast cancer before operation under the mammography.It can mark the position and depth of breast lesions.It can be used in the early diagnosis of highly risk breast cancer population and provide the experience to breast conserving operation.
