摘要
建立了以海美溴铵 (hexadimethrinebromide,HDB)为阳离子表面活性剂 ,并以磺化 β_环糊精(SO3_β_CD)为手性选择剂的双动态吸附毛细管电色谱;考察了背景电解质 pH和浓度、环糊精种类和浓度对分离的影响 ,对分离条件进行了优化 ,并对手性识别机理进行了探讨 ;实验结果表明在含0.1g/LHDB和20mmol/LSO3_β_CD的20mmol/LTris-H3PO4(pH3.00)的体系中 ,氟西汀和西替利嗪对映体在较短的时间内达到良好分离。
A capillary electrochromatography with cationic surfactant hexadimethrine bromide(HDB) and anionic chiral selector of SO3-β-CD as a pseudo-stationary phase was established. The effects of types and concentrations of CDs in buffer on chiral resolution were investigated. The effects of pH and concentration of background electrolytes on chiral resolution were also examined and separation conditions were optimized. It was observed that a good separation of enantiomers for fluoxetine and cetirizine can be achieved in 20 mmol/L Tris-H3PO4 buffer system(pH=3) including 20 mmol/L SO3-β-CD and 0.1 g/L HDB in shorter time. The mechanism of chiral discrimination was discussed, too.
