摘要
内分泌机能减退症,从中医而论,大都列属阳虚证。然余究其内分泌机能减退之病机系内分泌激素之分泌不足,其阳虚证乃是张景岳所云之'有气因精而虚'者,宗《难经》:'损其肾者益其精'之旨,主从补肾填精法治疗粘液性水肿、阿狄森氏病、席汉氏症、尿崩症等,均有所获,兹略述对此之认识与体会。
This paper holds the kidney has a close connection with hormone secretion of hypothalmus-pituitary-target gland,therefore hormone is related to the category of the kidney-essence.Though hypoendo- crinism menifests itself in insufficiency of the kidney-yang in clinic, it belongs to deficiency of the kidney-essence in mechanism.A good effect can be achieved by tonifying the kidney and replenishing essence when treating this kind of disease.
