摘要
回顾１５年的阑尾脓肿治疗，对诊断明确的阑尾脓肿，尤其是病程＞３天以上的应施非手术治疗。但对术中发现的阑尾脓肿，可视其病程，阑尾包裹组织及病人情况而选择单纯引流或同时切除阑尾。
The experience in the treatment of 147 cases of appendiceɑl abscess noted that in case of comfirmed appendiceal abscess especially in those with an episode over 3 days,nonsurgical management should be adoptedFor cases of appendiceal abscess found in operation,simple drainage or simultaueous appendectomy should be considered on the basis of the course of disease and condition of patients and the appendix encysted tissue
