摘要
目的:研究麦冬总皂苷苷的含量测定方法。方法:以麦冬皂苷D为对照品品,用紫外分光光度计,香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸显色,在最大吸收波长395 nm下测定含量。结果:在0.103～0.360 mg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.60%。结论:该方法简易,重现性良好,可作为麦冬总皂苷的质量控制方法。
Objective:TO study a method for determing total saponins in Ophiopogonin.Methods:Using ophiopo-gonin D as a reference substance,the total saponins was determined by vanilla-glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid colora-tion and UV absorption wave at 395nm.Results:The linear ranges was 0.103～0.36mg(r=0.9997),The average recoveries 99.2%,RSD1.60%.Conclusion:The method was simple with a good reproducibility and can be as a quality control method for Ophiopogonin.
