摘要
目的:探讨前列地尔联合慷舒灵治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面的有效性和安全性。方法:60例糖尿病足患者随机分成前列地尔(LIPO-PGE1)联合慷舒灵(含银抗菌敷料)治疗组,与常规治疗组,比较2组患者溃疡创面的愈合率和愈合时间。结果:治疗组的溃疡创面治愈率明显高于对照组(P【0.05);且平均愈合时间明显短于对照组(P【0.01)。结论:前列地尔联合慷舒灵治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面,可促进创面愈合,提高治愈率,缩短愈合天数。
Objective:To discusses the efficiency and se-curity about unite Alprostadil and Kansuling to treatment diabeticfoot(DF).Methods:60 cases of DF patients are divided at random into unite Alprostadil and Kansuning group and traditional group.Compare the concrescence ratio and time in them for canker ravage.Result:The unite Alprostadil and Kansuning group’s concrescence ratio and time were better than the traditional group(P<0.05).And an average healing time was signify-cantly shorter than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The group of unite Alprost-adil and Kansuning can promote the cure of canker ravage,improve the concrescence ratio and shorten the time.
