摘要
本文以昆明市为例,分析了昆明市急需制定发展循环经济的地方性法律法规的现实原因和有利条件。笔者同时对循环经济的地方立法提出了浅显的建议。
This paper takes Kunming as an example,it is analysed that Kunming need the reason and advantage to make the local laws and regulations of recycle economy badly.We legislate to put forward the plain suggestion to the place of recycle economy.
