摘要
采用改变溶液酸碱度来控制 Ti Cl4 水解速度的方法 ,制备了二氧化钛纳米微晶光催化剂。以造纸废水的光催化降解为研究体系 ,测定了经过不同温度煅烧后 Ti O2 粉体的催化能力 ,发现 Ti O2 粉体于 1 0 0℃热处理 2 h,造纸废水 COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand)降低了 78.3% ,40 0℃煅烧 2 h,COD降低了 53.7%。研究表明 Ti O2 表面物理吸附的水和过多的 Ti- OH会降低光催化活性 ,适量的 Ti-
By controlling the hydrolysis of titanium tetrachloride with adding (NH 4) 2SO 4 and NH 4OH,the preparation of titanium dioxide nano crystalline photocatalysts was investigated. Particulate suspensions of nanosized TiO 2 catalyzed the oxidation of waste water for paper making under UV irradiation.The results showed that 78.3% of COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand)of waste water for paper making was degraded with TiO 2 at 100℃ for 2h,and 53.7% of COD was degraded when TiO 2 was calcined at 400℃ for 2h.Species adsorbed by titanium dioxide such as H 2O and OH play a significant role in photocatalytic activity.
