摘要
针对叠合梁受力复杂、没有统一设计规定的问题,通过在素混凝土中预埋螺栓与钢板相结合,进行了简支梁的三点弯曲试验研究.分别在钢板和混凝土上贴上不同长度的应变片,由静态数字应变仪采集应变数据.通过试验和理论值对比表明,钢混叠梁能在原来混凝土梁承载力的基础上提高3~4倍的受弯承载力,为进一步的试验和生产提供指导作用.
Composite beams have complex loading and there is no unified design rule.Integrating the concrete with steel plate using embedded bolts,three-points bending tests of simply supported beams are conducted.Strain gauges with different lengths are pasted on the surface of the steel and concrete,and the strain data are collected using static digital strain gauging meters.From the experimental and theoretical results,it is shown that the bending capacity of the steel and concrete composite beam is increased 3-4times compared to the plain concrete beam.The results of this paper can provide guidelines for further tests and production.
