摘要
建立了平面波展开(PWE)法分析像素型电磁晶体带隙的数学模型,导出了像素型电磁晶体结构系数的计算表达式。设计并仿真分析了不同像素型电磁晶体的带隙结构,并对其带隙特性进行了讨论。结果表明:计算模型正确,且不同像素型电磁晶体结构(即介质分布)对应的电磁带隙各异。可用该法结合优化算法对像素型电磁晶体作优化设计。
The solution model was set up to analyze the band gap structure for pixel electromagnetic crystal using plane wave expansion(PWE) method in this paper.The structure coefficients expression for pixel electromagnetic crystals was derived.The several pixel structures and their band gap structures were designed and analyzed.The results showed that the model was correct,and the different pixel electromagnetic crystals structure had different band-gaps.It was possible to optimize the design for pixel electromagnetic crystals by using this method combined some optimized techniques.
