摘要
介绍房山五渡桥在施工过程中两种安全度汛方案对比,从桥梁设计和施工的角度进行研究,通过理论试算和施工安全性分析,在三角刚架悬吊连续梁组合桥"刚梁刚塔柔索"设计思路下,主梁最大悬臂状态有足够的刚度,在拉索未施工情况下提前拆除支架,主梁的应力值和变形值处于可控范围。最终选择调整施工工序并加强施工监控,主梁产生一定量的变形,通过调整预抛高和立模标高,使主梁标高基本与设计值吻合,顺利度过汛期。
This paper introduced two kinds of safety of flood control in the construction process of Wudu bridge,from the design and construction of the bridge,through the analysis of the theory of trial and construction safety,the triangle frame suspension combination of continuous beam bridge under the 'firm Hertz tower soft cable'design idea,main girder maximum cantilever state has enough stiffness,the lasso dismantled scaffold,prior to construction cases stress value and deformation value of the main girder in a controllable scope. Ultimately choose to adjust the construction process and construction monitoring,main girder,a certain amount of deformation on the adjustment to cast high elevation,and the model is consistent with the basic and main girder elevation design,through the flood season.
