摘要
中药单复方制剂及其有效成分具有抗炎、免疫调节等作用,治疗类风湿关节炎效果显著,副作用小,开发前景广阔。本文以国内外文献为依据,从类风湿关节的病因病机、临床治疗和中药单复方中有效成分三方面综述中药治疗类风湿性关节炎的研究进展。
Modern pharmacology shows that the praeparata of simple recipe and complex prescription and their effective constituents for curing rheumatoid arthritis with a predominant curative effect,little side effect,wide devel-opment perspective have complex pharmacologic activities,such as anti-inflammation and immune regulation.Based on lots of documents home and abroad,this paper summarizes the progress on traditional Chinese medicine curing rheumatoid arthritis from three aspects: etiological factor and pathogenesis,clinical application and effective constituents.
