摘要
由兴奋剂带来的两大危害 (公平与健康 )引起人们的关注 ,逐渐建立起反兴奋剂的意识和策略。但反兴奋剂斗争并不能从根本上消除兴奋剂带来的弊端。反兴奋剂斗争应该走出禁、查、罚的简单模式 ,从理论、道德和法律进行科学的界定和规范 ,将反兴奋剂的斗争纳入科学和法制的轨道 ,彻底从法律、道德和医学上解决兴奋剂带来的公平与健康问题。
The two harms(unfairness and unhealthiness) brought by dope attract much attention of people. The consciousness and strategy against dope have gradually formed. But currently the fight against dope cannot eliminate the two harms. The fight should go beyond the simple patterns of forbidding,checking up and penalty,and be defined and standardized from theory, ethics and law. The fight against dope depends on science and law,therefore we can solve the unfair and unhealthy problems brought by dope completely based on law,ethics and medicine.
