摘要
通过探讨运动适应在军体训练损伤康复期中的作用,以及如何利用与发展适应能力来防治运动损伤,达到发挥运动适应的正效应,提高军体训练效果、增强军人身体素质、提高战斗力的目的。
The effect of sports fitness of sports injury during military training and how to use and develop the ability of fitness to prevent and cure sports injury has been studied. The aim of this research to exert positive function of sports fitness, elevate the quality of military training, improve the soldier s physical ability, promote the fighting capacity of our army.
