运动员是竞技体育的主体 ,只有做好运动员的思想工作 ,充分发挥他们的主观能动性 ,才能更好地完成各项训练任务 ;而充分地理解运动员 ,科学的切实有效的管理 。
Athletes are the subjects of sports and games.Only when we do them enough ideological work and make them do their best can we finish kinds of trainings.And it is very important to improve the standard of sports and games if we can understand the athletes well and give them scientific and effective management.
