摘要
为提高软质聚氯乙烯发泡体的抗高温变形性能 ,将交联剂F混入聚氯乙烯溶胶中 ,加热产生交联作用 ,使热变形温度由 80～ 90℃提高到 10 0～ 140℃。同时增强了软质发泡聚氯乙烯耐溶剂性能和对钢板的粘接力 ,提高密封性能。
In order to enhance the constrict transmutation of the soft PVC plastisol in high temperature, we have modified it with cross linking agent F. The constrict transmutation in high temperature is elevated from 80-90?℃ to 100-140?℃. And its bond force to metal, resistance to solutions, and sealability are reinforced.
