摘要
对辽宁东部山区次生林中的混合硬杂木 ,利用APMP制浆方法进行了研究。实验表明 ,影响成浆质量的主要因素是 :NaOH用量、H2 O2 用量、浸渍温度和浸渍时间。在浆得率为 76 .5 1% ,白度为6 8.1%SBD时 ,可制得裂断长 3 .44km、撕裂指数为 4.76mN·m2 / g的硬杂木APMP(6 4.0°SR)。
This paper reports the study of APMP using mixed hardwood, which grows in the secondary forest in Liaoning eastern mountain area.The results indicate that the main factors affecting the qualities of APMP are charge of NaOH, charge of H 2O 2, temperature and time. APMP (64.0°SR)of that kind of mixed hard wood was produced with the yield of 76.51%,the brightness of 69.1%SBD,the breaking length of 3.44 m and the tear index of 4.76 mN·m 2/g.
