摘要
论述以I-DEAS为支持平台的CAD应用环境和虚拟装配建模及装配干涉检验的关键技术,以TH6350卧式加工中心为例,对其零部件及整机进行了虚拟装配建模,对关键部件的虚拟装配模型进行装配干涉检验,并对检验结果进行分析和研究。
The 3-Dimentional virtual assemble models of the key parts and the components of machining center are realized with the software of I-DEAS. And based on the virtual assemble models of the key components, the assemble interference is checked and analysised in this study.
