摘要
对船闸人字门CAD系统的设计方法进行了研究 ,探讨了相关的设计问题 .结果表明 :采用VB ,VF ,Access多种语言混合编程方法进行船闸人字门CAD系统开发 ,使系统既具有友好的人机交互界面 ,又有高效的计算能力 ;采用先进的薄壁结构有限元方法进行人字门的空间结构分析 ,真实反映了闸门的变形和应力 ,从而能更好地进行优化设计 ;数据库应用将设计模块和图形绘制模块相分离 ,提高了系统的可靠性和编程效率 。
A study is performed on the method for design of a miter gate CAD system and some correlative functions of the system. The system includes three parts, i.e. criterion based miter gate design, FEM calculation and optimal design, and construction drawing production. In the system, mixed language programming is adopted: data are managed with Access, FEM calculations are performed with FORTRAN, interfaces are designed with VB, and various graphs are drawn with AutoCAD. By use of the thin wall structure FEM, the system can successfully analyze the space structure and simulate the operation state of miter gates.
