This paper expounds the method of connection of user terminal to wide band network,the future of wide band,the history about technology development of PLC and the difficulty of PLC,the new technology about PLC and the standard of PLC,the PLC topology and the realization of commercial usage of PLC.The study and application of PLC in world are presented too.
