摘要
本文对东北三省四地区,来源于不同宿主的旋毛虫株,即哈尔滨海伦猪株、哈尔滨五常犬株、长春犬株、沈阳猪株的包囊进行了长宽度、形状大小和包囊指数的测量和统计分析。结果:长度以哈尔滨海伦猪株最长0.3160±0.1O11,以长春犬株最短0.2743±0.0991;宽度以哈尔滨海伦猪株最宽0.2250±0.0695,以哈尔滨五常犬株最窄0.1800±0.0553;大小以哈尔滨海伦猪株最大0.0732mm^2,以哈尔滨五常犬株最小0.0538mm^2。形态学指数哈尔滨五常犬株呈狭长形61.2037±1.8803;其它虫株为椭圆形,哈尔滨海伦猪株为71.000±8.7438,长春犬株为70.689±7.0131,沈阳猪株为70.8392±6.777。哈尔滨五常犬林与其它各株比较,相差十分显著(P<0.01)。表明东北三省四地区旋毛虫可能存在不同株系。
The length , width, shape, size and morphology index of cyst of Trichinella isolates were mea-sured and analysed. These worms were collected from four areas of three provinces in northeast China. They were isolated from pig of Harbin hailun and Shenyang,and dog of Harbin Wuchang and Changchun. The result demonstrated that the cyst of Harbin Hailun pig isolate was longest (0.3160 ×0.1011), the Changchun dog isolate shortest(0.2743 ?0.0991) ,the cyst of Harbin Hailun pig isolate was widest(0. 2250 ?0.0695) , the Harbin Wuchang dog isolate most narrow(0.1800 ?0.0053) . The cyst size(length x width)of Harbin Hailun pig isolate was largest(0.0732mm2). The cyst of Harbin wuchang dog isolate was shuttle - shaped and its morphological index (width/length??? 100)was 61.2037 ?1.8803. The cyst of the other 3 isolates was ellipse and their morphological index was 71.000 ?8.7438 for Harbin Hailun pig isolate,70.689 ?70.131 for Changchun dog isolate and 70.8392 ?6.777 for Shenyang pig isolate re-spectively . The result of statistics analysis showed the morphometry of Harbin wuchang dog isolate and the other 3 isolates was significant difference(P< 0.01).The result suggested these Trichinella isolates be-long to variant population.
